Can Contemporary Art Mix with Old Masters?

A call to Londoners, on Wednesday 30 April MANIFESTA 10 in collaboration with the Hermitage Museum are holding a free symposium questioning: "Can Contemporary Art Mix with Old Masters?", hosted by King's College London. The conference includes speakers: Prof. Mikhail Piotrovsky, the Director of the State Hermitage Museum, Prof. Kasper König, Chief Curator of MANIFESTA 10, Dr. Neil McGregor, the Director of the British Museum, Hans Ulrich Obrist, Co-Director, Exhibitions & Programmes of the Serpentine Galleries, Prof. Sarah Wilson, Curator at the Courtauld Institute of Art, Ekow Eshun, Creative Director of the Calvert 22 Foundation and Dr. Dmitry Ozerkov, Head of Contemporary Art at the State Hermitage Museum.
