December 22, 2005. A small town in Romania is preparing for Christmas and almost forgets another very important date: exactly 16 years ago, Nicolai Ceausescu’s regime was overthrown. A local journalist decides to fight against forgetting it by using a TV program. He asks his televised guests direct questions: Is there anything left in your city from the revolution? Did people leave before or after the official announcements that Ceausescu had fled? The situation comes to a head as worried calls from viewers are switched on during the live broadcast, each of which have their own version of the events of those forgotten years.
