This event brings together Manifesta 10 organisers, Hermitage Staff and St Petersburg grassroots organisations to assess how an international biennial can work within the local contexts of St Petersburg. After partnering with cultural and education organizations and community centres in St Petersburg Manifesta 10 created a framework to provide a deeper engagement with Manifesta 10 through creative projects and dialogue. Interviews will create a space for reflections on collaboration between Manifesta 10 and local stakeholders.
